How often do you cook ?
I’ll be honest, I am not cooking as much lately. Between finishing up grad school and working full-time plus being a dog-mom 😉 It has been a bit cray around here. However, when I dooooo cook it’s usually breakfast as it’s the easiest meal for me to prep for the week.
With all the craziness going on in my life I was so excited to pay a visit to spend a night with Siggi’s at the Real Food Academy cooking up some wholesome, simple recipes that I (and you) can easily translate into the kitchen at home.

If you get overwhelmed looking at all the yogurt options at the grocery store, you’re not alone. There are seriously so many brands , flavors, how do we choose?
I advocate for little to NO sugar in yogurt. I understand that as a nation we are prone to sweetness, which is one reason I like the selections by Siggi’s … “simple ingredients, not a lot of sugar”. Some mainstream yogurts can have more than 20g of sugar ! I have even seen some Greek yogurt brands at 20g of sugar. Nuts right?! It bothers me because people gravitate to these hot works like “Greek” etc. thinking that they are automatically making a great choice.
I like the carb count of the siggi’s yogurts and they make for great breakfast on the go or even a satisfying snack.
